She was recently recognized as a “20 UNDER 40” RISING STARS IN REAL ESTATE recipient. Alia also has a property management brokerage primarily servicing investors and specializing in portfolio management. With Château, her aim is to join forces with like-minded individuals to create a culture of collaboration and help to reach their unlimited potential, valuing community over competition. Alia was born in Long Island New York and raised right here in Central Florida. With a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, coupled with her extensive background in real estate, Alia is uniquely poised to handle all aspects of a real estate transaction.
